Minnesota State Grant Spending Projections
State statute requires that by November 1 and February 15 of each fiscal year, the Office of Higher must provide updated state grant spending projections. To project future spending, the Office uses the most current and projected enrollment, tuition and fee information, economic conditions, and other relevant factors. In addition, the Office consults with representatives of public and private postsecondary institutions, the Department of Management and Budget, the Governor's Office, legislative staff, and financial aid administrators.
